How do I get a copy of my training certificate ?
Families First retains all records of trainings for 7-9 years. If you have misplaced your certificate and need a replacement, contact the TransParenting^® Office directlyat 404-853-2864 or email at transparenting@familiesfirst.org

Can I provide classes on my own after attending the Presenter training ?
TransParenting^® can only be offered by agencies or individuals holding a License Agreement with Families First (see STEP 2 of “Starting a Program in Your Community”). If a trained facilitator leaves an agency, they do not need to be re-trained. However, Families First will honor the License Agreements already in place before initiating new contracts. Please contact the TransParenting^® National Coordinator at 404-853-2861 to review your situation in more detail.

Will I be expected to return to a Presenter Training at any point?
After being trained as a Presenter of the TransParenting^® program, you are ready to replicate the curriculum. We encourage all presenters to continue improving presentation skills and understanding of issues facing families going through the process of divorce and separation. Many presenters have returned to training for a “re-fresher” course to hear new ideas, review content, discuss classroom dilemmas, sharpen presentation skills or learn of revisions to the curriculum.
